 |  The hidden waterfall village is located behind a large waterfall, very hard to find, but very beautiful once you get inside. The Village is just a small one, surrounding a large tree, far larger than any tree in the world, about three times the size of the Waterfall it lays upon.

The Land of Grass is home to Kusagakure. Obito Uchiha also perished in this country. The Grass Country is the home to the former Bridge of Heaven and Earth (Was destroyed in the battle between Team Yamato and Orochimaru & Kabuto). The Country is surrounded by a Bamboo and mushroom Forest and the Kannabi Bridge between Grass and Earth Country.

Since the Akatsuki live not too far from the village, they area noticed by the Rain village leader. The Rain village leader was eventually killed by the Akatsuki leader, Pein, who also took control of the Rain village to make sure their victory of getting all the Bijuu would be a Success.
